Big Rig Truck Salvage Terms & Conditions

• We are not responsible for any loss or damages to merchandise after purchase.
• We require a deposit of half down before any part will be pulled.
• All returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
• All deposits are non-refundable and are void after 10 days.
• We do not certify mileage on any parts sold.
• Core must be drained of all fluids and returned within 30 days with sales receipt or deposit will
be forfeited.
• All returned parts which are not defective, will be given a credit slip, not a cash refund, less a
35% re-stocking fee.
• All defective returned parts are an exchange basis only excluding “as is” parts. We do not accept
returns on any parts sold “as is”.
• Driveshafts are a non-returnable part. We ask all customers to have the proper measurements
and sizes prior to purchase.
• We are not responsible for any incurred labor cost for the installation or removal of any parts
sold.
• All guarantees shall be void if the part or parts are not returned in the same condition in which
they were purchased, bearing the identifying mark which appears on all our parts. We will not
be responsible for any parts that have been altered, modified, disassembled, or damaged by
misuse or an accident after purchase.
• There is a $25.00 minimum charge per part. All core parts must be turned in at the time of
purchase, or a core fee will be charged.
• Core fees are as follows:
Engines $500
Transmissions $150
Differentials $150
Alternator, Starter, and AC Compressor $35
Aluminum Rims $25
Computers $75
Radiators, Condensers, and Intercoolers $35
Fifth Wheel Plate $15
Gear Boxes $15
Air Compressor $35
Turbos $50
Cylinder Heads $100
Other Electric Modules $25
Fuel Tanks $50
Batteries $15
